How To Change The Start Chat Icon Picture
Learn how to change the picture of the start chat icon of your chatbot. Uploading the correct picture as the chat icon is crucial for chatbot branding.
Navigate to https://app.fastbots.ai/ Use Start Chat Icon under Branding. This image opens the widget. Orb, Wave and Halo are separate animations for voice conversations. Welcome sounds are under Attention Grabbers.
Click on the chatbot to open it.
Open Deployment → Chat Widget → Branding → Start Chat Icon.
Scroll down and find the "Start Chat Icon" option.
Click on this icon and upload the picture that you want to use on the start chat icon.
After you upload the picture, it will show on the chatbot start icon like this.
Open Attention Grabbers → Welcome Sound to configure a sound when the widget first appears.
You can choose a sound from the drop-down menu.
After selecting the sound, click on this "Icon" to test the sound.
Click on "Save Changes"
