Before installing your chatbot on any platform, you’ll need your widget code.

Log in to FastBots.

Select the chatbot you want to install.

Click Deploy in the left-hand menu.

Scroll to Add to a Website.

Copy the script code using the copy icon.

You’ll paste this code into your website builder so the chatbot appears across all pages.

Step 1 — Add code to your theme

  1. Log in to Magento Admin.
  2. Go to Content → Design → Configuration.
  3. Pick the theme you want to update.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Under HTML Head, find Scripts and Style Sheets.
  6. Paste your FastBots script code.
  7. Click Save Configuration.

Step 2 — Clear the cache

  1. Go to System → Cache Management → Flush Magento Cache.
  2. Your chatbot will now load across your store.
